Payment Method
We accept PayPal ONLY as method of payment for purchases online.
If you would like to use an alternate payment method like USA Money Order, International M.O, or Western Union Money transfer -- please contact us first.
Shipping
We ship WORLDWIDE. Shipping is FREE! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, after payment has been received.
Item Location
Aside from the cartoon character and NBA products which are shipped from the Philippines, almost all of our stock are shipped directly from Hong Kong.
Shipping Method
Postal Airmail is the regular method used. Shipping usually takes around 7 working days to most places. Please do allow up to 14 working days in some cases.
Surface mail takes around 2 months and costs 60% of Airmail. We only use surface mail upon request and if the parcel is relatively heavy (Over 2kg).
Returns
In the rare case of a defective item, you can send back the item to us for a new replacement unit or full refund within one month after receipt of the item. Please note, returning postage will be payed by the buyer. Please contact us first, before sending items back.
